BrandBucket released their August newsletter, they mentioned the recent news about Keith DeBoer becoming a brand ambassador, (congrats to Keith).
August Sales
While we experienced an expected lull at the beginning of the month, things picked up significantly, and August proved to be another strong month of sales with 45 different sellers selling names. The average sales price for a keyword brandable was $2664 and after removing sales above $10K, the average sales price of an invented brandable was $2743.
Tech and Design continued to be the most popular keywords.
interesting to see that 16% of the domain names sold were 5 character and 16% of the domain names sold were 7 characters while %52 of the domains sold were 6 charcters and 68% of the domains sold were one/two word. Thanks for the data!
