Money down the drain on StreamCast.com, FXSC.com and more

StreamCast.com was actually dropped in 2014 after being a personal website for a gentleman involved in tech. Back then it closed at $6,553. You won’t find it on Namebio because it did not cover DropCatch until […]

You need to go much deeper into the data. If you are […]

GoDaddy July 2020 sales report led by Fanbase.com

November 13, 2020 by Raymond Hackney Leave a Comment

GoDaddy July 2020 sales are led by Fanbase.com. I wrote about the buyer of Fanbase.com a few weeks ago. It would be nice if we could get more than 20 sales but something is better than nothing. At a minimum let’s get caught up and do August, September, October. 19 of the 20 reported sales […]

November 11, 2020 by Raymond Hackney Leave a Comment

Almost 8 years to the day Michael Berkens sold BeWilling.com for $10,000. The domain name was developed years before Michael acquired it. It was a co-creative coaching website. BeWilling.com was allowed to expire and closed at $326 in November of 2018. It then sold last year at NameJet for $1,001. The domain name has now […]

When selling a domain name make sure you understand the payment/delivery process

November 6, 2020 by Raymond Hackney 2 Comments

Congratulations you just sold a domain name for $9,999 on GoDaddy auctions. Your transaction has now been forwarded to Escrow.com since it’s over $5,000. Whoops, Escrow.com does not support your country and they will not send you the proceeds from the domain sale. GoDaddy: Payment transactions depend on the domain name’s selling price and the […]
