Looking back at November 2019 Domain Sales. Here we will examine domain sales and data trends for certain naming categories.

November saw a bounce up in dollars vs October on 219 fewer sales.

Overall Namebio recorded 8,453 sales down from 8,672 total sales ($100 or more) in October. This was for a total dollar amount of $10.3 million up from 9.7 million in October. The average sales price was $1,218 up from $1,124 in October. TM.com was the high sale at $1.25 million.

There were 7 sales that reached 6 figures or more

Short names

November saw two 2L.com sales, TM.com sold for $1.25 million and IJ.com sold for $550,000.

Three letter .coms saw 9 sales in November (7 in October)

Four letter .coms recorded 611 sales up from 457 sales in October. 4L.com sales brought in $740,400 up from $469,000 in October. Of those 611 sales, 237 were Chips, (no a,e,i,o,u,v). Those chips brought in $182,700 in sales. Buoy.com was the top 4L.com sale at $110,000.

Popular four letter combo CVCV recorded 4 sales for $126,600.

Numerics there were no 2N or 3N in November, there were two 4N.com: 6500.com for $120,000 and 4600.com for $68,000.

There were 278 5N.com sales in November down from 363 in October, these sales generated $261,800 in sales. The average sale price was $942 up from $841 in October. 00076.com was the high sale at $8,300.

6N.com sales totaled 125 up from 89 in October for $78,500. 365111.com was the high sale at $19,700.

Popular Keywords

There are certain keywords that are the most sought after in domain wanted threads, certain keywords that are the strongest when it comes to overall registration numbers.

Media recorded 12 sales ending in media, November actually had the two highest KeywordMedia.com names of the year. BuzzMedia.com was the high sale at $5,555. The average sale was $1,198 up from $937 in October.

Labs recorded 7 sales ending in labs with GeLlabs.com being the high sale at $3,600. The average sales price was $828 down from $898 in October.

Online recorded 26 sales ending in online with D4Online.com being the high sale at $3,864. The average sales price was $631 up from $276 in October.

Coin recorded 8 sales ending in coin with SysCoin.com being the high sale at $3,552. The average sales price was $756 up from $201 in October. Coin also recorded 7 sales as the first keyword in a two word combo. CoinRequest.com was the high sale at $4,818. The average sales price was $914 up from $603 in October.

CBD recorded 4 sales starting with CBD with CBDForSeniors.com being the high sale at $262. The average sales price was $187 down from $753 in October. CBD recorded 6 sales ending in CBD with FindCBD.com being the high sale at $2,000. The average sales price was $499 down from $526 in October.

Crypto recorded 10 sales starting with Crypto with CryptoCart.com being the high sale at $58,178.  Sale was voided. The average sales price was $7,571 up from $5,341 in October. There were no sales with Crypto as the second keyword/

Capital recorded 17 sales ending in Capital with BitcoinCapital.com being the high sale at $6,000. Average sales price was $582 up from $384 in October.

Smart recorded 16 sales starting with Smart. SmartMattress.com was the high sale at $4,100. Average sales price $758.

Tech recorded 17 sales starting with Tech. The top sale was TechProjects.com at $7,000. Average sales price $867. There were 17 sales ending in Tech. TypoTech.com was the high sale at $5,500. Average sales price $892.

New GTLD’s

The new gtld’s generated 58 sales up from 36 sales in October. DotGlobal posted 18 registry sales.  Total sales came in at $152,800 up from $92,200 in October. The high sale was Clean.Tech at $30,000.
