My good friend Steve Douglas over at successclick.com is having a field day with 3-D community. You may all want to check him out if this area is of interest to you.

“Are 3d domains worth anything?” IS the big question. Not yet it seems bar a handful that have made 3 to very low 4 figure sums. Considering the huge number registered alone off the back of Mike’s thread, it seems most will not be sold, though the whole point of future trend investing is that poor domainers get an opportunity to buy up potentially valuable names before they go mainstream. As far as 3d is concerned, the whole western world is going to have to embrace this technology if anyone stands a chance of seeing a return on their investment.
