With the announcement of Google forming a new holding company to hold all their businesses not just Google, it was to be expected we would see a burst of Alphabet related domain registrations.
The new holding company is going to be using a .XYZ but that did not stop speculators from regging a bunch of .coms.
Some names use alphabet and then a Google project as the second word, AlphabetAndroid.com, AlphabetCalico.com etc… Then there were some other plays like AlphabetMobile.com and AlphabetVR.com.

At least whoever AlphabetVR got the .COM and the .NET, can we take bets what parking company they will use to lose these domains in a UDRP?
No one should park these names you are right. Put up a tumblr blog with a few Virtual Reality videos and articles. The names are a waste of money unless they think they can sell cheaper than the cost of a UDRP.
Raymond, if there were a way to reach all these amateur domainers and tell them not to waste their money, earning 1 penny for every dollar saved, then we could earn enough money in a year to retire.
Yeah Joseph it is just a waste of money. Google never buying these names, some of them they can get through UDRP, and maybe that’s the play we will sell for $1,000 cheaper than a UDRP.
