I watch The Profit every week on CNBC, tonight in the first 6 minutes of the episode, Marcus Lemonis asks the owners why they are SantasToys.net and not .com?
Now the answer seems off, they are mentioning $29 a month for the .net vs 100 something for the .com. We know that domains don’t work like that, so there is a bit of a disconnect on the show.
SantasToys.com has been registered since 1998.
But it was funny when Marcus said, “People don’t know .net!”
Now looking at SantasToys.com it looks like the business on The Profit now owns the domains name, or at least Marcus Lemonis does.
Lemonis actually wants to partner with the owners on SantasToys.com (50-50) and let them own the store 100%.
