Ryu.com was left to expire and closed at $76,000 at GoDaddy Auctions. In Japanese, “Ryu” most commonly means “dragon.” The name also corresponds to one of the popular fighters in the video game series, Street Fighter.
According to DotDB.com there are 146 extensions registered for RYU. The owner was an apparel business. In 2021 they put out a press release:
