.Med is an advertiser here on TLDinvestors.com and I was checking out some sites that have registered a .med and are using it as their main or only extension. I came across Sophont.med. They describe themselves:

A sophont is an intelligent being, typically a non-human or artificial one, that is conscious, self-aware, and capable of high-level reasoning.
The domain name was registered in September. Now the .com has been registered since 2001 and is just a landing page with the name Sophont.
The company announced a $9.22M Seed round, so could that mean a .com acquisition is next? They do have a mirror site on SophontAi.com
