Based in Florence, Italy, ArtCentrica (www.artcentrica.com) is an innovative startup spin-off from Centrica, specializing in the development of an application that offers an engaging and interactive educational platform for art students and teachers. ArtCentrica was chosen winner after 22 semi-finalists and 6 finalists were considered. .ART sponsors the award, but we are not involved in the judging. The winner was selected by an impressive jury panel with a vibrant mix of expertise combining museum leadership, Web3 technology, domain industry insight, and international curatorial acumen. GoDaddy’s Paul Nicks, who also served on last year’s jury, represents the domain industry on the judges panel.
