Yesterday the news came out about Atom’s new Cloud Broker program. Some expressed concern that if they opt in that anyone can market or sell their domain names. Potential UDRP’s were one worry.
It seems Atom has taken note and SilentG on Namepros posted in a thread I started that you are going to have to be approved.
“Currently this program is only available to Approved Cloud Brokers. Click here to apply to become a Cloud Broker”
This is a smart move by Atom and it will also give seller’s a way to put the onus on Atom for bad broker behavior.
