66B.com was actually purchased in 2016 at Sedo for $9,999. The domain name was left to expire and 8 years later it closes at $18,090 on GoDaddy auctions.
It looks like it was a Chinese casino website, you can check out this snapshot from Archive.org.
A lot of Chinese casino sites use short LN, NL, LLN, NNL.coms. I do not believe these sites are technically legal in China so maybe the site got shut down by the Chinese government, I don’t know for sure just a speculation.
