Ambre.com transacts publicly for a third time

August 26, 2023 by Raymond Hackney

Ambre.com

Ambre.com sold for the third time in 15 years. According to BabyNames.com Ambre is primarily a female name of French origin that means Amber (Fossilized Tree Resin). French form of the name Amber.

In 2008 the domain name sold for $2,375 at Afternic. In 2011 the buyer took a small loss and sold it for $1,500 at Sedo. Now the domain name was left to drop and went for $7,827 at DropCatch.

Ambre is registered in 67 extensions according to DotDB.com. There are several more names, over 1,400 that start with Ambre. So there should be some interested potential end users. I like the name I once knew a woman named Ambre.
