Namecheap CEO Richard Kirkendall tweeted out a bunch of .ai sales that I do not believe were reported anywhere else. A handful of these .ai domain names were acquired at Whois.ai auctions, so they have a previous public transaction. Outreach.ai from $100 to $65,000.

Vienna.ai had to be a quick flip as it went for just $355 in February at Whois.ai. Julius.ai was an auction at Whois.ai back in 2019 closing at $987. Phoebe.ai went for $356 in May of 2019 at Whois.ai. Outreach.ai went for just $100 back in 2019.
