CasinoNight.com sold for $23,000 on Thursday at Sedo. This was one heck of an increase compared to the last time it sold when it sold for a bargain. $800 at Sedo in 2008.
The seller looks to be ATOP Capital out of Germany. The domain name just sat parked it seems from checking out Archive.org.
Casino remains one of the strongest keywords when it comes to domain name sales.
There is a 14 years gap as well between these two sales during which the domain market has completely changed.
Oh yes it was a patient hold. As someone who is a fan of Casinos and casino related names, I would say back in 2008 I would have paid 3 times what it sold for, $800 was a joke in my opinion.
Yeah, right. Even in 2008, it went very cheap.
Great name luv it. $800 was a steal.
Agreed.
Jazzy domain but it seems like the brand could create some friction; Who rationally wants to go a Casino Night on their lunchbreak? Or casually at any time of day for a quick flutter? Discord to what i’d expect to be the bread and butter of an online casinos income.
