Domain Investing Stats and Tips

Shun.com closes at $57,504

October 16, 2020 by Raymond Hackney

Shun.com

Shun.com was the big name on Friday, not the best word for commercial usage, most brands don’t want to persistently avoid, ignore, or reject. Probably stronger for a Chinese, Japanese company.

But there is a cutlery brand named Shun. The domain was registered since 1996. Estibot valuing it at $170,000. Not much on Archive.org in 2014 the site said welcome to 0123.com !!

The auction at NameJet closed at $57,504.

PRESENCE.NET resumed it’s up and down ways every couple of years. It closed at $1,656 at DropCatch. It sold on Sedo in 2018 for $2,656 and it was bought for just $223 in 2016 at NameJet.

Someone paid $1,025 for a typo on GermanShepherds https://namebio.com/germansheperds.com

Shun i s agood name in Chinese. “顺” means smoothly, going well, flush or straight in poker, and it is also a last name; “舜” is one of the best known empiror in Chinese history; “瞬” means very quickly, like flash.

Could be the new anti-social media platform, where instead of building your network, you shun people.
