Taking a look back at some of the better and bigger sales over the last couple months, it seems investors have paid some nice prices, what some probably thought were end user prices.
Looking back at Tema.com a domain that had to be auctioned twice. After the domain first closed at $128,938 but was not paid.
The second auction resulted in a sale of $43,805. That domain name is now listed for sale on a custom landing page at Namex.
CodingSchool.com sold for $43,000 and it too was bought by an investor. Listed for sale at Namex as well with the same sales lander.
I like the lander showing all the extensions registered.
Estates.com was sold for $90,000 by Grit Brokerage. The second time a sale was reported on Estates.com. It sold for $23,600 in 2007.
The domain name moved from 123 reg to GoDaddy and put up an EPIK landing page offering the domain for sale.
TripleCherry.com did sell for an investor price, originally sold by Mike Mann for $19,888 was left to expire and closed at $2,900 and is listed at DAN for $19,995 hoping to repeat the sales price Mr.Mann successfully negotiated.
I do like that name and I can definitely see it resell again.
Strobe.com went for $51,101 at GoDaddy auctions. The domain name is now currently for sale at NewReach.com.
Very cheap for Strobe.com
It is a very nice name.
