These are situations where the name expired at GoDaddy 6/23/19 and then in the same environment expired 6/23/20.

SUBSCRIBE.NET closed at $6,100 this year, $2,103 last year.
SAIL.NET closed at $5,600 this year, $1,900 last year.
Dive.net closed at $5,100 this year, $2,075 last year.
Clubs.NET closed at $3,750 this year, $2,010 last year.
Prize.net closed at $3,250 this year, $2,803 last year.
Bands.net closed at $1,125 this year, $1,525 last year.
Newsletters.net closed at $2,025 this year, $415 last year.
BuyDomains
BuyDomains had a couple nice flips based of their entry price. They sold Onov.com for $4,088 which they acquired for $610 back in 2016.
They sold SmashGrab.com for $1,688 a domain they acquired in 2017 for $154.
Timely domain name they sold EqualityNews.com for $4,888. The domain name was registered in 2007.
Flips and Dips
Kalayo.com was purchased for $291 in 2016 and sold for $3,395 on Sedo on Tuesday.
Tablets.org went the other way. The domain sold for $4,551 in 2015 and closed for $663 at DropCatch on Tuesday.
LINDSAYPHILLIPS.COM This is interesting not a big sale. Lindsay Phillips is an entrepreneur and operates on the hyphenated version.
Lindsay owned the non hyphenated version for years, but looks like it was left to expire. It closed at $127 last year and Huge Domains had the name for a year, now it expired again at GoDaddy
