HomeQuarantine.com being used as a redirect

April 14, 2020 by Raymond Hackney

HomeQuarantine.com

HomeQuarantine.com was a domain name sold by BuyDomains a couple weeks ago. With everything going on with the Covid-19 pandemic the name is very timely.

BuyDomains let the name go cheap, just $2,000. I thought that maybe some big organization might have bought the name for a call to action campaign or possibly someone starting an app.

Nope! The domain is being used as a redirect to a blog called PowderedToastBlog.com.

The blog looks to have been launched in 2014 and is a personal blog.

The purchase price of $2,000 certainly leaves room for the buyer to flip the name if desired.
