It looks like Kim Dotcom will be getting back K.im. The Isle of Mann has apparently decided to transfer the name back to the original owner.

“I conclude that the Domain Name k.im should be transferred to the Complainant immediately upon the expiry of the appeal period,” the registry’s designated official writes.
The registrant losing the name Kalin Karakehayov plans to appeal.
Karakehayov stated he planned to use the name for personal use. He told TorrentFreak, “I intend to put nice, non-commercial stuff there like my Google awareness campaign,”
