When you are new to domain investing a lot of things can be foreign to you. Pricing and requests are difficult if you don’t know anything about domaining. Now to be clear it’s your job to educate yourself and reach out for help in the proper channels.
Domain wanted threads at Namepros can shine one of the brightest lights on the lack of experience possessed by many newcomers.
I have written before that threads that seem to be delusional can get a member labeled a troll, mocked, see them placed on ignore etc..
It’s my belief you should be a member for x amount of months before allowing to post a thread. Where is the vetting? Where is the experience of a new member?
Namepros chooses to go with the mantra, Let them post what they want if the budget is too low just ignore them.
It’s not that easy because people will troll like this recent thread that is the perfect example of education before posting.
The mods had to go in and delete 8 posts from members trolling or mocking this member. Now I want to be clear the budgets are nowhere close to realistic.
It’s one thing if you want to say, “I got $6,000 for an LLL.com if you don’t like it don’t send me any names.” There are a few who do threads like that, I have had friends tell me in line with my article from 2018, once they read that, they placed that member on ignore.
But this new member is at a budget where a sale is impossible.

This cannot be allowed, there should be some mod that says you can’t post this, we don’t need the extra work when people troll you. You don’t need the embarrassment.
Great post Raymond, namepros needs to make some changes for sure.
