There have been some solid domains that expired lately on GoDaddy. BlueDot.com which closed at $33,100, 3196.com which still has days to go and jumped to $27,500 in the first few hours.
I especially liked CloudPay.com which just closed at $31,612. This was a Name.com name, not GoDaddy.
Cloud and Pay are two very popular keywords with 1,663 total sales with the word pay and 1,338 cloud related sales.
The name was registered in 2003 and I can see the owner tweeting on Twitter as recently as May 22. On their bio on LinkedIn they mention they own 100 cloud related domain names.
This is a tough name to let expire if there were no extenuating circumstances and just missed the renewal notice.
CloudPay.com has a live trademark though.
