A couple weeks ago I wrote about QM.net being put up for auction on Namepros.
You don’t see a valuable, liquid name such as a 2L.net be put up with a $1 start, no reserve.
The auction started on July 29, so it took two weeks to close but the auction closed at $13,777 and won by Ian Mcalister.
I have often thought that Namepros could become a bigger player in the auction business, the community watching out for shenanigans and reporting suspicious bidders and bids can be a big plus. Also no fees.
TRL.net is another name on auction that started $1 bid, no reserve.
Looks like the same seller put up kq dot net on namepros this morning.
What do we know about this NP Member: Ian Mcalister.
– his name doesn’t seem familiar to me…
(just curious)
