Travelzoo sold Fly.com for $2.89 million

It looks like Fly.com may have sold for $2.89 million

George Kirikos highlighted SEC filings of Travelzoo, who sold the domain name.

Tech Crunch reported, back in 2009 that they purchased the name for $1.8 million.
