Podcast gives details into Sumo.com deal $1m to be paid over 5 years

Stitcher.com has a podcast today about the Sumo.com purchase. As was reported everywhere today, SumoMe.com purchases Sumo.com for $1.5 million.

In the podcast it is revealed that $500 k was paid upfront and $1 million over the next five years. Noah Kagan explains that paying over 5 years made sense to him, 16,000 a month, they pay much more for hosting.
