Domain Investing Stats and Tips

With DNForum down close to a week members are losing deals

February 18, 2016 by Raymond Hackney

With DNForum.com now down for close to a week some members are expressing their frustration on losing deals. A few have commented here and others have emailed or texted me if I know who a “member name” is in real life ?

I know for a fact that some people on Namepros who I have interacted with for over a decade, only know me as equity78.

You don’t expect a forum to be down for a week, but maybe we need to exchange email addresses in that first private message. By exchanging email info if a forum goes offline you can still complete the transaction.

I noticed that too Jamie but I think he moved most domains to privacy.

If it hasn’t sold, it should be sold. With everything that’s gone on, I think it’s the only chance of it having any life in the future. New owner.

Adam sold DNF.com awhile back but not Dnforum. On his fb group DNF college someone asked him last week why it was down and he replied “Nothing bad, just server upgrades” you can see a screenshot of this on Domain Shane’s blog. Just another lie.

Server upgrades that take a week? Please. He has told multiple people that it would be back up that day and then the day passes and it’s still down. The most likely reason is unpaid bills. He continues to do the same old things, lie and avoid. Apparently this scandal has taught him nothing, no change, no accountability. He has lost all trust within the community as far as I am concerned.

It took you guys this long to see the writing on the wall?

I suppose when your dedicate yourself to only one forum, you lose sight of how dead it actually is.
