For many years Name.com was the place to register .tv domains, they were $10.99 and you could register out 10 years with that price. Dynadot also ran promotions on the Tuvalu cctld. That all changed this year and regs have been in the $20’s or higher at most registrars.
ELB Group which is at ELB.com is a French company that is offering $11.99 registrations for .tv. Full disclosure, I have done no business with this company, I do not have an account there yet, but may open one for the registration of .TV domains. They do offer some perks with any domain reg including free email, not forwarding but two free email accounts.
I did find a breach notice from ICANN dated in January of 2015. The notice looks to have been complied with as there was no other action by ICANN.
According to ICANN they have 30,202 domains under management.
Again I have done no business with them and you should do your own homework, for those who have been looking for cheap .tv registrations this may be worth looking into.
