They said it could not be done, much like sending a man to the moon or the four minute mile. Name.com customer support ninja, Steve Donatelli aka #HighFiveGuy set out to walk through SXSW and get 10,000 high fives all to benefit the Austin Children's Shelter.
With the gameplan laid out, a nicket for every high five, Donatelli set out with Jared Ewy, who surprisingly was allowed back at SXSW after cruising the running trails for hot Austin Moms last year at Lady Bird Lake.

Day 3 at SXSW and #HighFiveGuy was hitting stride and reached over 6800 high fives.
Jared Ewy has now told me that the goal has been met, 10,000 high fives !
Congrats to Steve, Jared and everyone at Name.com for having fun while raising money for a great cause.
Haha, awesome ideas and energy. Now if he was to pickup a few people over 250 and would carry them around I might consider moving our portfolio over to name.com.
