GovenmentHomes.com valued at $99,654 ? Go Daddy Says So

Go Daddy puts values on domains that generate ppc while parked and expired and these usually get a lot of attention. Today there are some of the biggest valuations seen on the site. The interesting part is that all 5 expired names are owned by the same company Relevad Corporation.

From the Relevad website:

Relevad Corporation is a global provider of rich real-time bidding (RTB)
Solutions for Advertisers, Publishers and Agencies. Relevad is one of
the world's largest semantic PPC ad networks processing over 1.2 Billion
search queries and managing over 20 Billion display impressions a day.
Relevad operates Google AdX certified demand-side platform (DSP) with
integrated semantic, search, and dynamic retargeting capabilities, as
well as publisher network generating 30M display impression per day.

Founded in 2005, Relevad is a privately funded
company headquarted in San Mateo, CA with a sales and operations office
in New Jersey.

So the questions to ask are the following:

So are they just watching these auctions and will renew ?

Are these traffic numbers remotely close ?

Should Go Daddy provide transparency and upload ppc stats when putting such large valuations ?

These valuations are sure to bring newbies out of the woodwork thinking they are getting one heck of a deal.

$99,000 valuation is ridiculous unless good ole Bob wants to show us screenshots. This is how newbs get fleeced, they see a domain for $100 that godaddy values close to $100,000. good story thx
