Quick Chat with Jacob Fedosky, Director of Domain Development – Vessio
Many know Jake from his first blog DotJake.com and his second blog JacobFedosky.com. He is now the Director of domain development at Vessio.com.
1) Please tell us a little about Vessio ?
Vessio provides website development, design, and open source application services to help you maintain a productive and active presence online. We are located in Houston, Texas and are committed to being a trusted leader in delivering innovative web solutions obtained at enterprise, campaign, and assignment levels.
2) What does Vessio do for domainers that they won't find anywhere else ?
We offer a custom domain development solution. In the past, "minisite developers" churned out hundreds of low quality websites that didn't always perform well for domain investors. We're not concerned with volume – we're concerned with the success of our clients. Each domain we develop has a strategy and is custom designed from the ground up to achieve targeted results defined by the domain name itself.
3) What is the experience of the Vessio team in domaining and development ?
Our team has been developing websites for more than 8 years and been involved with domain development for more than 6 years. The combination of experience achieves the best of both worlds – great, functional websites that perform well for domain investors.
4) How does Vessio handle customer support ? Strictly email or is there a person to talk to ?
We have made support a major priority for our customers and feel that personal support is a must, we offer both email and phone support. We're also happy to arrange a Skype call for our international customers.
due to history of this company i would not consider using them one bit. some people got work done, some people didnt.

What is the story Jacob ?
i do not know jacob. let the readers determine things.
i should have mentioned this earlier, vessio did get job done years back for me. was like pulling teeth. few months later took site down.
maybe they turned around? but vessio did get banned, people were claiming fraud. the owner did feel bad, he tried fixing things.
will i use them again? no. better options and someone who can get the jobs done.
Hi, thanks for the comment!
4 years ago, Vessio ran a small incentive thread on NamePros. At the peak of the thread our home office was hit by Hurricane Ike & communications were offline for a few days. During that time, panic ensued on our thread (rightfully so, but we were unable to take action due to the hurricane).
Once our systems were restored, we issued refunds to those who requested them and finished work for the clients who didn’t want refunds.
Although this was 4 years ago, we’re still fully committed to customer satisfaction. Anyone that was affected during that time is welcome to reach out to me directly – jacob@vessio.com or 866-383-6734 ext. 22
Since that time, we’ve implemented procedures to make sure this doesn’t happen again. My role at Vessio is to keep our domain development customers happy. If you ever have any issues, I’m your personal advocate.
I hope that addresses your concerns! Anyone with any questions is welcome to get in touch with me directly.
Best regards,
Jacob Fedosky

Jacob I read those threads some said they did not get refunds well into the next year, were they eventually refunded ?
Billy,
Although we tried to reach out to everyone affected, there were 2 or 3 individuals who we were unable to reach.
As I said above, they are more than welcome to get in touch with me directly so we can make this right.
I’ll have Mike Danna address this article in a moment. He’ll provide some additional insight to the situation.
Thanks again!
Jacob Fedosky
Hello Billy, Thanks for the comment. Public speculation, specifically on forum threads can be hard to counter. Of course everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion – we attempted to resolve each dispute to the best of our abilities given the circumstances of each situation.
There is no doubt that we took some wrong steps in 2008 and like any business we can only move forward and ensure we have measures in place to avoid another similar instance.
As Jacob and I mentioned, if anyone affected feels we fell short here please reach out directly and we can try our very best to make it right.
Best Regards,
Mike Danna
