Espn.com surprisingly had a story on domain names. The Boston Red Sox spring training facility is named Jet Blue Park. A Florida man who supposedly is a Chicago Cubs fan registered the domain JetBluePark.com.
The twist here is that he forwarded the domain to the New York Yankees homepage.
Its funny how people who are not domainers just have the same notion, "its only $8." Also funny is that he put the domain in the name of his wife.
ESPN had their own version of an available domains list:
Check out the link for the domains ESPN thought would be a fun registration.

When Johnny Damon went to the Yankee’s in 2005 after nearly single-handedly beating them in the 2004 ALCS Game 7 with two home runs including a grand slam…. Well I was a little upset about it as a young and passionate Red Sox fan.
I’m not proud of it, but I might have built a quick site at GoToHellJohnnyDamon.com. I let the domain drop after the 2005 season and unfortunately Archive.org doesn’t have a screen shot of it.
I own SeminoleFans.com and I always joke with my friends who are Gators, Hurricanes or anyone else who hates FSU that I’m going to hold an auction specifically so domainers who have an intense rivalry with Florida State can bid on it.
