Looks like there is a new url shortening site out there today. Sea.tv. The owners would like Sea.tv to be the choice for those sending video links. The thought is that by using the .tv extension there is the implied notion of the link being video related.
I used the site for a youtube video http://sea.tv/U
Its a nice name and makes sense for video linking IMO.
