Mike Berkens is back at it again with a couple nice phrase domain sales. Mike continues to do better with phrase domains/call to action, than just about anyone else I have ever seen. Someone may sell one for a great price but Mike continues to sell these domains for prices higher than most would even ask.

Some negotiators push the envelope. Most can’t afford to, but some can and do … and succeed at getting what they ask for. People like Mike Berkens and Rick Schwartz set precedents. One could even say they set standards for asking prices within various asset classes.
As a buyer, I’m not a fan of such prices. But as a seller, I’m glad sales like these are reported for reference.
