Mike Berkens and his MostWantedDomains.com have had an excellent run over the last month.
Mike completed his second 3L.com sale with QJS.com selling for $150,000, registered in 1999 and the buyer was from China. Mike sold LoseYourShirt.com for $10,000 on Go Daddy, this comes on the heels of the sale of WQB.com for $56,000. Last week Mike sold MySuperNanny.com for $10,000. There is a developed website at mysupernanny.com.au. The site has over 3000 likes on Facebook.
Mike sold TheRake.com for $42,000 that name was registered back in 2000 and currently under privacy.
Congrats to Mike on a great 30 days.

Curious to know what makes the same seller sell 2 3l.coms at the same time to Chinese investors with such a big difference in price. How do you arrive at that? Would love to hear it from Mike.
It’s all about knowing the buyer and what they can “afford”.
To some, $10K USD is A LOT
To some, $100K USD is very minimal
It’s about getting the max amount out of your buyer. If you feel the company is the right buyer for the domain name and you are getting the max amount out of them for the specific domain name at a price you are happy with, then a sale takes place.
No new gees? Just .com? You can’t be serious! 🙂 LOL
Some good sales, congrats Mike.
Those are superb sales and congrats to Mike on having such an awesome sales and sharing with us.
