It was approximately 9 years ago that Calvin Broadus Jr. better known to the world as Snoop Dogg introduced a new stage name. Snoop Lion was announced on July 31, 2012.
Snoop secured the domain name SnoopLion and DomainInvesting.com covered the acquisition at the time.
CheatSheet.com wrote, Snoop Dogg changed his name after he converted to Rastafarianism. His new name, Snoop Lion, made headlines for a few weeks but ultimately didn’t stick for long — he changed back to Snoop Dogg in 2015.
SnoopLion.com expried at GoDaddy auctions and closed at $8,000. There is a Snoop Lion Facebook page with 2 million followers. It has not been updated since Jan of 2020.
Ahrefs does show a decent link profile and good domain authority.
