
NFTs are one of the hottest things out there today. Buzz, Bust or Bubble? Who knows? A lot of opinions out there. Domain investors have been buying and hand regging names around the topic.
One of the more popular categories for domains wanted threads at Namepros. The domain name BuyNFT.com was registered in 2018 and then held for two years and dropped.
BuyNFT.com was hand registered again in March of 2020 and left to expire. It closed at a whopping $10,589 on GoDaddy auctions on Saturday.
According to DotDB BuyNFT is registered in 51 extensions. That’s a big number for Buy keyword extension. It’s right there with BuyArt which is registered in 53 and way more than keywords like BuyBoats or BuyToys.
NFTinvestments.com expired and closed at $5,105 a few weeks ago at GoDaddy auctions.
Two different registrants had it right and let the name expire. That’s why on a lot of handregs you need to have a plan at registration, going 3 to 5 years out if you believe in the name.




A one year handreg incredible. Of course domain investors would not give the domainer that much they just like to pay godaddy.

I easily afford to buy BUYNFT.com but I don’t invest into things that doesn’t have good foundations like Domain name does.
Strong brands and companies are formed behind the domain names that’s not less than a real estate.
