Clean.tech sold at Sedo for $30,000 this is the highest reported .tech sale on Namebio.
This looks like it was a registry sale from Radix (an advertiser here).
The domain actually was just registered on 11/19.

.Tech was always one of the extensions I thought would do ok before the new gtlds actually launched. There have not been as many reported sales as I thought there would be but the extension has gained some traction.
Radix put out info in August in the 4 year birthday of .Tech,
At least 170 startups on .tech have raised over $2B in VC funding between 2017 to 2019 (source: Crunchbase). These startups are spread across industries such as Auto, Crypto, Mobility, Energy, etc. Based on an analysis of startups that are listed on Crunchbase as of June 2019, there are over 250 new top-level domains that are in use by startups. However, .tech is the most popular among them with 650+ startups using it.
I think one of the things that happens is people have gone with brandable names that were not taken by domainers or held back by the registry. I remember Mike Berkens saying to me 5 years ago that was one of the worries. Nobody buys from a domainer or registry they just handreg a brandable for just a few bucks.
Good news for GreenJobs.com! 👍🏽
What is more interesting is the short period it took to sell it off. Thats amazing!
