Yesterday we had Encrypt.org being sold for a $4,000 profit a few years after it last sold. Farming.org took that spot today, selling for $9,500 after selling for $4,335 on Sedo in 2014. A lot of interesting domain name sales action on Thursday.
Deserts.com is showing two sales but I am not sure what’s going on, Garry Chernoff owned Deserts.com and Namebio shows it sold for $10,099 back in April of this year. Thursday at Sedo it shows selling again for $7,600.
CountryProperty.com was a quick sale, only 1 year hold from $860 to $4,500.
RXIN.com was an even quicker flip after selling for 3 times, yes 3 times in 2019 it sold for $3,250 at Sedo. The domain sold in December for $560.
SellHouses.com sold in July last year for $4,000 and came in $1,012 less on Thursday, selling for $2,988.
DubDub.com sold at Uniregistry for $15,500 in 2016 and went for just $2,755 on Thursday at GoDaddy auctions.
USnaturals.com sold for $7,000 back in 2015 and got dropped and picked up at $342, it sold again for $282 on Thursday.
BuyDomains sold DetourAhead.com for $2,000 in 2017 and it dropped Thursday and went for just $154.
UnitedStatesHouse.com sold for $1,200 on Afternic back in 2013 and went for just $107 on Thursday.

Farming.org should be a five figure name. What happened with deserts.com seems rather odd it was resold for a loss.
I like sellhouses.com. Thx for the article.
