Is BrandBucket.org having second thoughts ?
Back on December 12, I wrote that a new website BrandBucket.org launched and they filed for a trademark with the USPTO. Well now when you type in brandbucket.org you get a 403 error, this could be simply a hosting problem, or it could mean that Margot and her team reached out and shut things down quickly. BrandBucket.com is the worldwide leader in the brandable boutique niche, it only makes sense they … [Read more...]

BrandBucket may successfully kill the monster they created
I have written a number of times about selling on BrandBucket and selling BrandBucket accepted names on Namepros. At the end of September I wrote an article on how the wholesale market was in the dumps on Namepros. This came about for a few reasons, first of which was the novelty wore off. When the first members started selling BB accepted names in 2015 not as many people had tried BrandBucket. Those … [Read more...]
My first BrandBucket sale – A story of laziness and regret
So I completed my first sale on BrandBucket, still haven't been paid yet but I will get to that. I purchased a 29 domain portfolio of BB published names back on May 24, 2016. These were listed as a bulk listing on Namepros. I did not like or care about all 29 names, I figured I could keep the names I liked and sell the others on Namepros for more than what my average price per domain was on the bulk … [Read more...]
